Description

This four-note set is an attractive and collectible visual display of the history of Canada's last one dollar notes spanning from 1937-73. The oldest note is in attractive "lightly circulated" condition, while the other three notes are all uncirculated. The notes come presented in professional currency holders.

The notes include a 1937 George VI issue, a 1954 modified series, a 1967 centennial series, and a 1973 "multicolour" series. The 1973 notes are Canada's last one dollar notes, and were officially discontinued and withdrawn from circulation in 1989.
