For your security and ours...
We welcome you to our metro Toronto store and offices. The only thing we consider to be as important as customer service is to ensure a safe and secure environment for our customers and staff. While we make every effort to make security as unobtrusive as possible, the following are some of the security protocols strictly adhered to at our premises:
- Controlled mantrap entry and exit. Hats, dark glasses, and heavy coats must be removed prior to entry. Security must be able to clearly see and record your facial image for entry.
- All activities in and around these premises are monitored live and recorded on site and off site.
- Security personnel may carry visible or concealed firearms.
- Cash and valuables are stored using time delay locks.
- Access to vaults requires two employees at set times only during business hours, and vaults cannot be accessed outside of business hours. No individual employee can access cash or precious metals.
- Primary inventory of precious metals is stored at off-site Brinks facilities.
