    What is the Vault Insider Member Rewards Program?
The Vault Insider Member Rewards Program is Canadian Coin & Currency’s way of rewarding our most loyal and avid collectors. Everyone is looking for an edge when it comes to collecting, so as a Vault Insider Member you’ll get just that. Special advance notice of new items, member pricing on many products, exclusive promotions and even access to your own personal product representative will put you on the inside track of what’s new and exciting in the world of coins and banknotes.

    How do I become a member of the VIP?
Anyone who purchases a minimum of $1,000 worth of eligible products from Canadian Coin, exclusive of taxes or shipping, is eligible for membership in the Vault Insider Program. We will send you a personalized invitation in the month that you qualify for membership, or contact us to let us know and we’ll invite you right away! Complete the attached survey and we’ll process your application.

    Can I purchase my membership?
No, membership can only be earned by reaching the minimum purchase level of $1,000.

    What are the Membership Levels?
The three levels of the Vault Insider Program and their qualification levels are: Executive Level ($1000 annual minimum spend), Gold Level ($2500 annual minimum spend) and Platinum Level ($5000 annual minimum spend).

    What are the differences between the Membership Levels?
Executive Level access means that your regular account login at will grant you special access to our private Vault Insider Category where you can find all of our newest inventory and member priced products. Many other benefits are available at the Executive Level, including your Welcome Gift and our Vault Insider newsletter. Executive Members receive preferred discounted prices on an annual Charlton Guide as well as free shipping at a lower purchase level. Gold and Platinum Members enjoy all of the same benefits, with even better rates on shipping and access to our most exclusive products. Our top tier customers will also have the opportunity to work directly with a personal account representative, and enjoy long-term Vault Insider benefits with a Platinum Level lifetime membership.

    Can my Canadian PMX purchases count towards my membership?
No, the Vault Insider Program is designed for our coin and banknote collectors, so purchases of precious metals do not count towards membership.

    Are there any other products that won’t count towards my membership?
Most products available from Canadian Coin will count towards your membership, but there are a few that do not. For a current list of excluded products, see our Terms and Conditions.

    What is a Trial Membership?
Trial memberships are offered to select customers who have not yet reached the $1,000 purchase threshold but who are obviously excited about collecting! Contact us if you think that a trial membership might be right for you!

    How long does my membership last?
When you qualify for full membership in the Vault Insider Program, your membership will be valid until the end of the following calendar year! That means if you qualify for full membership any time in the year 2015, your membership will be valid until December 31st, 2016! Trial Memberships last only until the end of the enrollment year, unless you reach the minimum purchase level, at which point you will advance to full membership and be qualified until the end of the following year!

    What is a Life Membership?
VIP members who achieve Platinum Level are also rewarded with a lifetime membership. This means that even if your annual purchases fall below the minimum purchase requirement, you will still enjoy Executive level member rewards any time you wish to shop with us!

    What happens if I’m a Trial member and I don’t meet the minimum purchase requirement?
We hope that a taste of Vault Insider benefits will encourage you to qualify next year, but unfortunately your membership will expire on December 31st if you don’t achieve the minimum purchase amount.

    Why do I have to complete an Enrollment Survey?
The Vault Insider Program is about giving you, the collector, better and faster access to new inventory and information that will make your hobby more rewarding and more fun! In order to do that, we ask that you tell us a bit about yourself and what you like to collect so that we can customize what we choose to share with you.

    How does Canadian Coin handle my personal information?

    Can I be a Collector Credits member and a VIP member?
Absolutely! Collector Credits are a benefit for all of our customers, not just VIPs. Your VIP membership automatically syncs with your Collector Credits account, and from time to time we may offer special Collector Credit promotions to VIP members, so watch for our newsletters!

    Am I going to receive a lot of email from Canadian Coin?
No more than you want. We will do our very best to only send you emails about products and promotions that we think you will be interested in. You never know when that certain something will become available, to it pays to stay tuned, but if you don’t want to receive our emails any longer, an unsubscribe link is included in every one.

    When will I receive my Welcome Package?
Trial and Executive members will receive a special promo code in the mail with their Membership Card, which can be used to add their free Welcome Package to their next online order. Gold and Platinum Members will receive their welcome package by mail typically within 5 business days of enrollment. All Vault Insider members are welcome to come and visit us in our store to pick up their Welcome Package.

    Can I share or transfer my membership?
No, your VIP membership is for your exclusive use and cannot be transferred to a third party.

    How can I check on my member status?
Your Vault Insider account summary will be sent to your email address on file on a monthly basis. We will inform you of your current Member Status, your Collector Credit balance and how close you are to achieving your next Vault Insider Member Level!
